Need some help with figuring out what’s wrong with my monitor.

Little cousin was left with my pc and probably spammed random buttons on my monitor and when I came back my monitor was just slightly duller. Changed color filters, contrast, brightness nothing helped. Also black images show weird pixel designs. ViewSonic VX3418-2KPC.
