Old Rite Aid in Hollywood dist now a Planet Fitness

Not sure when this happened, but just noticed it yesterday. Also, not sure if parking on the roof & across the street is free for 2 hours like it was for Rite Aid. Street parking is a little iffy in the area.

I’ve been looking for a gym in Regina but I’m honestly struggling figuring out what I want from a gym, I just know I don’t want to go to Planet Fitness. I used to go to the saskpoly gym but now that I’m not a student, paying for parking just feels like an unnecessary expense. Any recommendations for gyms? I don’t really have a budget.

How do you use the standing calf raise machine at planet fitness, I have 0 clue how to set it up properly and where the weight is supposed to go. I know the range of motion and how to do it with a barbell, but i feel bad taking up a rack when there is a machine that gives me the exact same exercise.
