Gyms with childcare

Aside from the Y and Lifetime what other gyms in Central Austin offer childcare? We have a 2 year old toddler and we've been going to YMCA townlake/north Austin but was wondering if there were other gyms around that have similar childcare services. We also heard Gold's Gym Highland also have it but is it just that location or all Gold's?
