Im currently using Planhub and I've put in bids for last 4 months and haven't got any jobs really. I put one super low and surprisingly they said I got it but it was just to test if I'd actually get a job im not making much. I'll submit a bid for a project that has 1 GC listed, I ask them a month later and they say, "we weren't awarded the job, sorry" which means another GC not on Plan...
