Drug store brand shampoo?

I cannot afford “craft shampoo”, but i want to redirect my purchasing away from companies that are under US parent companies. The Procter & Gamble. Johnson& Johnson, etc. Do we have any large scale domestic brands? Or am i left looking at Garnier/Loreal (French)… looks like Garnier manufacturers in Montreal?
