Does anyone know why Harris Teeter, at least the ones in Northern Virginia, only carry peeled red onions and not the unpeeled kind? Every other grocery store in the area (Safeway, Giant, TJs, Whole Foods, etc.) carries unpeeled red onions and sometimes the peeled kind too.
