Zoned buildings can not be power lined over because of reasons and limitations but for some reasons it is possible to zone over lots and plopped big lots and buildings.

It’s been sealed since at least 1981 since newspapers in there had that date, there’s about 84 rolls and 10+ half rolls of Pennie’s from the 30’s to 60’s. He listed all the dates on the rolls.
