All stores out of orchid bark.

I need help finding a substitute for orchid bark for my potting soil all stores near me (three walmarts, two lowe’s and three home depots and one Ace Hardware) are all out of orchid bark, and i don’t want to order online unless absolutely necessary. Is there anything similar to it for well draining soil mix? I use one 8qt bag of perlite and peat moss and same size bag of orchid bark usually.
