Break/lunch protocol for 5 and 6 hour shifts

I was only at Walmart a short time before I went on LOE, and now I'm back. For the life of me I can't remember how I was taking breaks for these shifts. I got a meal violation on my 2nd day back for a 6 hour. Everyone I've asked at my store says something different, what should I do?

Why is oil so much more in quarts?

My car and pretty much others I've had previously took between 3.7 and 4.1 quarts of oil. My current car takes 3.8qts.
