Help finding a retail job

im 17 years old and ive been applying to places like walmart and other retail stores for my first job to become a stocker but have been having no luck. can anyone give me tips on other places i should apply to or how to get an interview at these places to become a stocker.

What direction is this fur?

I had this fur stored in a drawer for like 2 years now and finally pulled it out to use it, it's cheap I think from either Walmart or hobby lobby and no matter what way I brush it I genuinely cannot tell what direction it's going in.
