Walmart having trouble with my return

I bought a Fitbit from Walmart but they keep saying there is an error when they scan the return barcode. I have the order number, a return code and the Affirm barcode. They tell me to call Walmart customer service but when I call them, they tell me to go back to the store. I call Affirm and they said to try a different Walmart (I've went to 2 Walmarts).
