Walmart SSD

Saw this last night, figured maybe it'll get cancelled. I know it's a SATA drive but that's about half the price they go for anywhere else. Check your local Walmarts! (It says 179, save 40 dollars but if you re click the listing its $279 for a 2tb)

Update on the SWSH restock at Target

My post got removed for who knows why, but here’s some background info and the case is solved. Basically I found SWSH product at my target, which I was happy about since that’s when I started collecting and thought it was cool. And also I live in an area where my targets and Walmarts are always stocked, due to no scalpers surprisingly! But I found some old blisters, so I went back to Target to...

An Open Letter

Dear Walmart, You do not own my husband. My husband, let's call him J, has been working for your company for 10 years. Starting in hardware and working his way up the ladder to a coach position. There have been some rough patched in there. Times when he felt underappreciated and honestly times where life felt like it wasn't worth living because of the pressure of the job. But he pushed through...

Patio umbrella?

Has anybody seen any patio umbrellas out there yet? I know a lot of times the grocery stores will have them besides the normal spots like Walmart. I just thought maybe if someone had seen them I wouldn't have to do so much legwork! Thx como friends

Rogers credit card

I'm looking to optimize my cash back setup for stores that don't usually count as "Groceries." currently use the Scotiabank Momentum Visa Infinite for the 4% on groceries and recurring bills (l also use Chexy for rent to get that 4%). Howeve, other chunk of my spending is at Costco, Walmart, Dollarama, Winners, and Marshalls, where the Scotia card only gives me 1%. I'm looking at the Ro...

Break/lunch protocol for 5 and 6 hour shifts

I was only at Walmart a short time before I went on LOE, and now I'm back. For the life of me I can't remember how I was taking breaks for these shifts. I got a meal violation on my 2nd day back for a 6 hour. Everyone I've asked at my store says something different, what should I do?

Why is oil so much more in quarts?

My car and pretty much others I've had previously took between 3.7 and 4.1 quarts of oil. My current car takes 3.8qts. It would be nice to buy quarts and not jugs, because with jugs, you have an extra quart left over, you have to half-ass measure it, it's heavier and more prone to spilling, etc. With quarts, you just pour it in, all done. You can buy empty gallon water jugs for like 50 cents to s...

Grocery Store issue (somewhat) resolved.

Grocery store issue (somewhat) solved Thought I posted this here but now I don't see it, my apologies if this is a duplicate post: Last week I posted my lament about the closing of Winn-Dixie. Hate Rouse's, can't deal with Walmart to much, Robert's too small and limited fit weekly grocery runs. I trekked out to Dorignac's today and they appear to be the answer to my grocery problems! Here are...

Be careful Walmart electronics staff lies

I ordered a printer was on sale and I checked the memorial st shopper that shopped my order cancelled my printer saying it wasn't available. The 1800 Walmart number saw that and was confused tried to call the store couldn't get through. This morning allowing for real time updates still said in stock. So I called the store before deciding if I wanted to order it again. The female electronic staff I...

jesus fucking christ. and that was only the tip of the iceberg, apparently? i know we're designated as SUPs in Walmart's eyes, and our job is done to match that, but god it feels like you're a salaried manager without the salary pay. and this was just a day with an API at my store, i have yet to figure out what an APTL does all day and what APOP does on top of their management duties. this isn'...

Store websites are awful to navigate now

I feel like since 2020 store websites have just stopped being convenient. I'm willing to admit that I'm an old body that still likes to go into stores and I'd rather just buy it and take it home the same day vs staying home ordering it online and waiting on it for about a week or two. I go to somewhere like Walmart and they don't have it in store okay fine, they have it online. But now every singl...

Find lowest price per unit on groceries without spending hours comparing everything manually

The unit price approach to grocery savings is the one that's always recommended and almost never executed consistently because the manual version requires you to look up each product at each store, find the right size match, calculate the cost per unit for each, and compare across a spreadsheet you have to maintain. most people start this and stop. the version that actually holds up is using popgo...

PokeMom rant

Hi everyone, I’m new to this world 😂 my son is about to turn 12 in April and he’s always been into Pokémon cards (I found his oldest card says it’s from 2015 which is wild because he was born 2014 maybe his dads) and most of his old cards are pretty messed up honestly lol. But recently he told me he wants to start collecting and "mastering decks" after his buddy explained it mo...

Blood Room at Walmart

I’d also add the long dream tag if I could Weird dream I’ve been having as of late. I feel like I remember reading about something similar, like a creepypasta or other horror story similar but can never find anything when I look it up The start of the dream follows standard dream procedure. It’ll be a psychedelic-esque experience but if the dream heads towards this aspect, it’ll end up...

**EXPOSED: My Secret [Retail Arbitrage] System for Consistent $1000/Week (Walmart & Target Clearance)**

Hey MaximizeMe fam! 👋 Been lurking and learning in here for a while, and finally feel like I've got something solid to *give back*.
