Merchandise Manager vs Customer Experience Manager Roles (Please Help!)

I am the Merchandise Manager at Five Below and I am wondering what the Merchandise Manager and CEM does at your store. At my store all the CEM does is the candy. That's it. Sorry a bit of a random topic but I’ve searched Shopee and PC Home and they are nowhere to be found. I’ve tried RGB 補光燈, RGB照相燈 and keep seeing the same tiny Ulanzi one and this one RGB light stick that’s basically a Five Below piece of junk. Am I using the wrong search term? The second shirt, the top middle pic looks off but the other two do look like Britney. Maybe it’s low quality printing?
