Trying to get better at taking care of my skin. [Misc]

I used the clean and clear last winter but it made my skin feel dry. I believe my skin is naturally oily but I’m only 80% sure. Any I went out today and bout the lazy days all nighter hydrating face mist, from five below. I’m hoping it works. If not are there any other reasonably priced 10-20 hydrating products.
