What color is this, and when is it from?

My fiance got this for free with a bunch of other polishes at work, and we're trying to ID and date them. I know Funky Fingers was sold at five below, but I can't find anything about ANY bottles this shape let alone what this shade might be. It's got a greenish blue shimmer and the bottle/cap have no other markings but a "4" on the bottom. Any ideas?
