I just came back from a Nyx store in Cagliari, Italy, and it seems that there is no return policy at all. The product hasn’t been touched — it was a gift for my sister, and she wanted to exchange it. Is this normal? As far as I know, European law grants customers the right to return products within a 14-day period. Do you have any experiences?
