2007 Saturn Vue Turn Signal Flasher Relay

The haynes manual says the flasher relay is behind the hazard light switch. You have to pop off the shifter bezel and radio bezel to access. Haven't done that yet, want to make sure I understand first. The auto parts suppliers all say the replacement is a Novita EP34. Further, they have no replacements for the hazard light switch. I've gone to 5 stores that sell wire in my area (Central NJ USA) and I can't find 22 gauge black and red wire at any of them. Their websites are also useless.
