Anyone else get headaches after eating a lot of Taco Bell?

I used to work at Taco Bell and I would always eat it for lunch. I know everything in Taco Bell has a lot of salt in it so I would always sip a lot of water to neutralize it, but some days after coming back home I would still get headaches. Cantina chicken is terrible

I’ve hated the flavor of the cantina chicken in everything I’ve ever tried. Today my local Taco Bell was out of grilled chicken and asked if I’d be okay with cantina. I said yes and told myself I’d be fine and I truly can’t eat it even drowned in sauce. It’s sooo gross and just has such a strong unpleasant flavor.
