Apple Care vs Protect Advantage

We have 5 iPhones on our plan. Deciding whether to go with Apple Care or AT&T Protect Advantage. There’s an Apple Store about 20 minutes from us and a Best Buy about 7 minutes. Apple care is about $10 all in per phone. Protect advantage is $50 for 5 devices I believe. Which is better? Thanks!
