iPhone bricked itself after update (Error 100), Apple store couldn't fix it. Is there any other solution? All my photos are now lost.

I decided to update to iOS26 yesterday, I plugged my iPhone into my Macbook laptop and clicked update through the laptop since updating via this method also makes a backup just in case anything goes wrong with the update. At the end of the update I got error code 100. iPhone is stuck in recovery loop, it's frozen and does not turn on. I tried updating about 5 more times through different USB port...

I can't do the latest update that came a few days ago, because another app is hogging storage. I don't really want to alter that app's photo retention, so is there a way to increase my maximum storage capacity?
