Got a replacement for my AirPods Pro 3 — second pair has the exact same sharp edge issue

The heart rate sensor edge on my Pro 3 was scraping the top of my ear canal. Apple replaced the unit. New pair, identical problem, identical spot. This isn’t a bad unit. Two units, same design, same injury point. Apple Store told me no defect had been identified and initially tried to deny my return for hygiene reasons. Has anyone gotten a full refund after a replacement failed?

2 hours of wandering around with no phone was worth it LMAOOO first time ever getting a battery replacement (have apple care) very very excited to basically have a brand new phone again 🤣 I have many thoughts from spending over an hour in the Apple Store today looking around at products and “playing” with the demo models..
