I deleted an important video on my iPhone.

iPhone 13 Pro Max, can anyone recommend a way that I might be able to pull up a video that I deleted? It’s not in recently deleted, I downloaded several apps to restore it to no success, I have iCloud storage. I’m told I may be able to go to the Apple Store and get someone to help me but it seems totally in vain at this stage. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
