I have a Kobalt hand tool I got a couple of years ago. It failed/broke and I took it to a store to see if it qualified for the lifetime replacement warranty. I was told it does but only with a receipt, which I don't (and it's not in my online account either). Am I SOL? I thought Kobalt was a Lowe's store brand so it's not like I bought it somewhere else.
