How could I fix spilling acetone on textured plastic?

Hi! Nail polish remover (acetone) was spilled on the plastic serving tray of an ottoman that flips over. I think it may have stripped off the coloring/seal on the plastic surface? It’s a textured black plastic material. The ottoman is specifically the Megginson Ottoman With Storage by Ashley Furniture. Any help would be appreciated, my fiancé was so upset that I damaged it!!

We currently have the Ashley Lindyn Fog sectional and have a lot of issues with the cushions sinking and also moving, which usually requires us to push it back in place, especially on the chaise end.
