New to oled. Is this a deal at $650?

I currently game on a 65 inch tv/ playstation5 pro and want to move gaming to a office where i will need a smaller screen. Primary use will be the ps5 pro via hdmi 2.1. My pc will be connected via display port and is a 3060 8gb. I know 4k wont be exactly wonderful as i currently play at 1440p on pc. Will this monitor be okay at 1440p for games or should eventually upgrade the gpu to support?
