I want to buy a new gaming laptop and was hoping to get some money from my old laptop to help pay for the new one. Only issue that my laptop isn’t listed on the options for trade-ins. It was shown to be in final shipping facility around 12/02 then today I found out my package was lost I reached out to BestBuy and they said I have to contact the seller (because the package was not processed through bestbuy) and what should I do next? New to the PS portal family

Got this bad boy in a “excellent condition” from Best Buy this evening. Games been running smoothly via remote play / learning the portals controls. I do have a question for portal owners: on the left thumb stick does it easily make a clicky noise when pressed down gently compared the right thumb stick were it’s silent?

Can't buy extended warranties from Asus if purchased at Best Buy

So I know some folks are against extended warranties but when I buy a laptop over $2500, paying between $200-$300 for an extended warranty with accident protection gives me piece of mind. Much to my surprise Asus does not allow you to buy an extended warranty if the laptop is purchased from Best Buy which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen.
