Where is my best bet on finding Pokemon cards in the area? Looking for somewhere that would have Ascended Heroes and Perfect Order close to MSRP ($50). Also, do Target and Best Buy get crazy lines on Pokemon restock/product release days?

I currently have I have a rtx 3060 ti, ryzen 7 5800xt, b550 tomahawk max motherboard, and 16 gigabytes of ddr4. I’m planning on buying a refurbished 4070 super for $600 and 32 gb of ddr4 for $200 (all from Best Buy). How much of a performance upgrade would I get/is it worth it?
