If card shops are selling their products above MSRP, why don’t we call them “scalping shops”?

Isn’t this just a professionalized / upscaled version of standing outside a Best Buy machine to resell at a higher price later? Why do card shops avoid the vitriol reserved for the unsophisticated scalpers?

75 Inch U8 vs TCL QM7K

I have noticed that in the last month, my mouse cursor will periodically just shoot across the screen. I'm always moving it at the time but it jumps four to six inches from where it was.
