Is the black one worth 2x the price?

Is the black one worth 2x the price? Plan to play mostly single player RPG and racing games. Don’t know enough about computer and specs to know if it’s worth spending 2x for whatever the black one adds. Will most likely be playing on airplanes and in hotel rooms. Nothing phone 3a on Bell in Canada
