Organizing apps

I'm looking at getting a Pixel 10 Pro XL. I currently use a Samsung and you can group apps into folders which I love. I played around with one at Best Buy and it appears you can only group apps into folders on the home screen but not the main app tray? Am I missing something or is there a workaround? TY

Need Help Choosing please

First time potentially buying a gaming laptop. And have over researched to death but I'm lost.... I don't play high end games (typically simulation games like House Flipper, Sims 4, Cities Skylines etc.)...
