esim not activating

I bought a 3month esim from Best Buy and while trying to activate this on my Pixel 6a it is stuck on the "Behind the Scenes Magic in Progress" screen for a while now, it's been over an hour. I restarted my phone and checked to make sure there wasn't an old sim left in it and restarted the process and the same thing. What do I do to get this to work?
