Best Buy Backorder 5070Ti

Anyone have recent experience with a Best Buy backorder for Nvidia GPUs? Placed an order for the basic PNY 5070Ti on Jan. 4 2025. There was about 100 preorders available and was expected to ship by Jan. 16. Still no update and customer service doesn’t have any info regarding expected dates. I’m wondering if I should expect to not get it at this point considering all that’s going on.
