Got the package 2 weeks ago with dmg in the top and bottom section of the trex side(photo 3/4). Gruv replied within 1 business day and shipped out a replacement as soon as I mailed out my copy. Great customer service and no dmg on the replacement. PSA: If you are buying from Gruv, keep in mind it is old stock from Best buy and make sure to look for dents that are hidden by the J card.

1 week after Andromeda Insights pre build

I was very skeptical about these pre builds at first considering they’re fairly new. After seeing that even best buy was selling them, that made me more comfortable and I decided to buy one. I got it a week ago and so far It runs very good. This is my first PC and I have no complaints other than the motherboard only being able to hold one SSD. I am happy to answer any questions!
