Who do I report my USPS post office to?

I mean it's typical government building shit like the DMV... Which I don't know why it still exists in 2025. But they only have 1 person working the counter and the line always warps outside of the door. And it's always a 1.5 hour+ wait each time. Who the hell do I report this to who would take me seriously?

No "my own shipping" or "other" option.

I specifically do not want to use Depop's prepaid labels, yet here I am forced to anyway. For personal reasons, this isn't something I can do, and I need this option in order to even use this app. Does anybody know how to get the option to operate shipping on my own?
