At most stores it works fine as a debit card. At others, mainly Costco and Woodman's, it is declined, saying it is a credit card. It's a debit card with pin. I do not have a credit card with Chime.

Found some older toilet paper that’s \~4.5" wide. Everything I find in stores now is \~3.9". Only place I’ve seen ​wide rolls is at Costco, and I'm not getting a membership just to buy toilet paper. Can someone explain this legendary Costco return policy to me ?

I've never been one to try to return items to stores in general, but hearing about Costco's ease of returns is wild to me. It honestly sounds like you just walk in with the item and so "shit's broke" and they return or exchange no questions asked. do you need your receipt? does a return or warranty window apply or even matter ? does it apply to produce that rots a day or two later ?
