Valley Restaurant Question

Hey anyone here from the valley. What is in the old Mange restaurant location? The resturant that's right near KFC? I don't go down that street that often but as I was heading into New Sudbury, I noticed a sign there. Is another restaurant opening there? Can anyone help? also I am usually the passenger as I don't drive.

Unpopular opinion: kfc has the best tasting fried chicken among the big chain restaurants

I crave it once in a while. Popeyes is so bland to me and Jolibee, krispy krunchy are just not it. I guess I grew up on kfc so it can be a nostalgia thing, but the original recipe is so good in my opinion. Any of you agree?
