Will working a certain amount of hours automatically make you full-time.

Im Flex Pt 19 hours cap. Since November my warehouse has allowed me to work over 32 hours a week will it make me full-time after a certain point. Just curious cause that happens at walmart/sams club after 12 weeks. I believe after a certain amount of time they have to provide insurance for working those hours.. Am I wrong??
