How do you deal with Walmarts that are consistently taking 30+ mins to bring the pick up order to your vehicle?

I'm new to Spark and the closest Walmart to me has really been taking forever to bring out pick up orders. Usually like 30+ mins. It seems to be the worst of the stores around.
