Why doesn't Sam's Club offer promotional price membership renewals like they do for new members?

I live an hour away from the closest Sam's Club, so I have to choose the Plus membership, which is about double the price of the regular membership, so I can order shippable non-perishables. That is $120/yr. However, for new customers the same membership can be had for $60 to $70.

Mixing gas

In the Manuel it recommended 89 octane for a 5.7 automatic transmission, I uses Sam club gas now they don’t carry mid grade only 87, 93 I see some forum suggested that mixing the 2 can get 89 is it good idea to do so? Will there be any issue if I do this?

$180 for a fragrance that literally disappears in less than 10 minutes?
