There seems to be a lot of hate for store leadership on this forum. I was a store leader for 5 years in two different divisions, I ended up leaving the company to relocate my family where Kroger does not have stores. Ask me anything you like
So this is a late review: tried these in the beginning of December. Will try my best to remember! \##Scoop-a-palooza Strawberries & Cream So I had a coupon from Ben & Jerry’s because of an issue with an ice cream I had. The coupon was pretty generous—it allowed for getting this large size Scoop-a-palooza ice cream (or alternatively the pints) too which was rad. This is the on...
I have been working all day yesterday and today, with no complaint. However I have been exclusive to Kroger these past 2 days. Question I have is are ALL STORES OUT OF EVERYTHING? Kroger doesn’t have anything but Beer and Wine.
Normally I look at this same map and there's only one or two Kroger's slightly busy or none at all I have never once seen this many lit up at once 😭 I'm assuming this is everyone preparing for the winter storm.
Now that I have your attention.... 😂 Look, it's supposed to snow for the first time in recorded history this weekend. If you're ordering groceries, the orders are coming in so fast, it's hard to even pick one to work. And..... Kroger is already half empty. It got hit hard yesterday. Gucci Kroger meat department was wiped out as of an hour ago. So if your gonna order your groceries, the size...
I have been at my job since this last August, it started out pretty well but now I constantly think about quitting but I keep self doubting myself because there are no other jobs in my town that pay as much and no one is currently hiring because it is the middle of winter but I feel like I'm losing my mind and I keep finding more and more white hairs on my head. For context I 24(f) work for a cit...
SO. MANY. FUCKING CUSTOMERS. I feel for all the Kroger employees that aren’t able to talk about their experiences this week due to the approaching winter storm. So many fucking rejects already when I came in, and so many customers deciding at the last second “hmm… I don’t want this”. No shitty customers today surprisingly, but everyone and their mother has decided to fill their cart to t...
Found these at my local Fred Meyer, so I’d guess they’re generally available in Kroger stores. I managed to resist the temptation to buy these. This time. 🫠 Bonne Maman has a DF peanut chocolate spread. It looks a little lighter in color than what I remember from the Jif PB/chocolate spread. I’d bet that the Bonne Maman version is tastier, though. I’ve not heard of Oat Haus, and I’m...
Hi all! I've been researching both Athens and Lawrenceville :) Both look awesome, some nice parks, beautiful cities, good walking, good food reviews good mix of people and could find some my age too(20s), good school options for college, some nice big stores like Target, Kroger, Trader Joes, etc. As some who may have lived or been to these cities, would you mind helping me decide which one...
So this order was for a fresh baked French loaf of bread at Kroger the shelflife on bread is about seven days. The sale by date is not the expiration date. They just made that bread that day like I remember getting it because it was still warm and I was like damn this is fresh af…. Stores sale by day is 1/3 of its normal shelf life . I just think it’s bull shit to get hit with an expired ite...
What are you all using for cash back for Kroger stores when doing pickup?
LOL...someone just posted this photo from a Kroger. They titled it LOCAL PSYCHOS HAVE CLEARED OUT THE STORE. hahaha.
Stopped into the Melissa, TX store to grab some burrito tortillas since I was going to meal prep our breakfast for the week… had no idea people are so freaked out. We have a Kroger, Walmart, CVS and a Braum’s for some food supplies.
Hi, I know the apocalypse is coming this weekend, but Meijer is already out of mostly all produce and meat (chicken and beef, zero). I was wondering before I venture out to Kroger if any one know where can I find a somehow better stocked store to buy produce and chicken mainly. Thank you!
Whole Foods, Safeway, Kroger are all adopting electronic price tags which can change depending on the hour or the day at the grocery store’s discretion. Meaning that grocery stores can find the absolute maximum amount of money they can squeeze out of you before you leave. Any ideas how to boycott this?
Be safe everyone, southeast America in some spots are going to get .5 inches of ice and a foot+ of snow. This is crippling. As I type this it's almost 5:30pm est, every check lane is open, no parking, lines backed up around the store, people crying over no carts all day, propane is out, water is almost gone, gas station wrapped around the building, etc. This thing is suppose to hit Saturday but...
Looking up duck plush and found the pictured ducks. They are advertised at a dozen Kroger related stores, yet they are not available anyehere for shipping, pickup etc. Were these last years stock? Seems late for them not to be available. At this point I just want to know if I missed my chance
Some background info. I live right at the city limits to Atlanta. And that’s basically where you would be shopping as this Kroger is just inside the limits and the Home Depot is in a town over Forest Park. The Kroger is closer to downtown(about 6-7 miles) and is about 8 miles from Home Depot. Both are near the highway so that’s a plus I guess. But the delivery area made it a no go for me. E...
I’m moving over the summer, by the time I move I will have worked for roughly 8 months and previously worked with kroger for 2 years. I was wondering what the process is for transferring to another kroger store out of state, or if I even can as it would be easier to transfer jobs. Has anyone else done this?
