What do we do when store is low on stock. I shopped over the weekend and we had a snow blizzard here. 3 of the Kroger stores I shopped at a lot stated they didn’t get a truck due to inclement weather. A lot of orders I shopped last Saturday had requested refunds. Why is this my fault?
