Picked this up on a whim in the deli / select cheese section at Smiths/Kroger in Utah. It actually is surprisingly good for store bought salsa! Wife and I want to challenge ourselves to eat healthy and nutritious meals for the next 7 days under a budget of $120 while mostly avoiding processed foods, and only making home-made meals. How can we accomplish that?

My wife and I realized we are overspending a lot on groceries where we don't need to. Kroger's Simple Truth Protein Bowls! 180-190 calories
