Why does everyone hate Krogers?

I live in Northern California and we don’t have Krogers. But I constantly see everyone talking about how much they hate shopping orders at that store. Why??? Lol I hate taking orders in Grocery Outlet and I’m curious if the two stores are similar. Just kinda fun hearing about stores that we don’t have in the area.
