Rant: This intersection in the morning

I’m the mornings at this intersection there is a person sitting in there car with a switch parked next to the traffic control box triggering the traffic signal to cycle and they let McFarland/Snow go for 90% of the time and Jeff Hamilton for 10% of the time and it gets backed up beyond belief either direction of Jeff Hamilton.
