Is this an error?

I have two of the same Honda Civic Custom castings from 2022 that I bought in my local Dollar General when they were released. I noticed one of them had a different blister pack, and I cound not find anything like it online, so I'm wondering if it is a blister that was used on this casting on accident or some kind of variation I never knew about.

American Dew is the exact same as regular Mt Dew, right? If that's the case, then why do they sell both simultaneously? Also, are there any other new/temporary flavors besides Cream Soda?
