Random: Food Quality

Has anyone noticed that sometimes the same product at different types of stores seem to have lower food quality? Maybe it’s an odd post, but I bough some Spaghetti-Os recently from Dollar General (discount food store) and they taste completely different from the ones I get at Walmart, even the texture is different.
