Outage

Is this outage fixed? I need to grocery shop but I’m afraid to get to the checkout with a cart full and have my card decline. My (PA) card wouldn’t work at an NY dollar general last night- cashier said her screen read invalid card number (my pin was correct). Luckily it was just butter and I had the cash to cover but I’d like to save myself from future embarrassment.
