It bothers me that my local Dollar General sells wildflower seeds that aren’t native to my local area, let alone coast.

Why is my avocado plant not growing/keeping its leaves?

I grew this plant from a dollar general avocado seed. It’s seems to grow new leaves but drops them before the new set of leaves come in. Our house is kept between 65-70 (do I need a heater for it?), I have a grow light for 9 hours and a humidifier for 10.
