Help me find a cat toy for my friend's cat. Dollar General in Alabama is where she claims to have gotten it. It's supposed to be a little fish I think.

Her cat is obsessed with this and carries it all over but it's ripping and in worse shape than pictured. She keeps hoping to find the toy at the store but it's never back in stock and she's worried that it'll rip too far to repair for her kitty who carries it around like a baby. All help is appreciated!
