Are shop & deliver is worth opting in for?

I’ve seen some posts here revolving “pro shopper” and I’ve had shop & deliver turned off for a while since the area I used to live in kept sending me to dollar general (trash orders) but apparently I was really close to pro shopper, I’m aware it’s area dependent but would you say pro shopper is worth it or is it just hit or miss like platinum status

What do yall do when you attempt a DSR/ASR, leave a DT and the next day there’s a note that says “Fedex call me @ “—-“
