Just be cautious, at the very least one major restaurant group (Thrive) streamlines their managers to passing SERVSAFE Food/Health exams as a means to save and quickly “validate” managers. Its something that comes from District Operators and above having GMs and other managers conduct the exams with open book and not properly administering or overseeing it so everyone can pass their first try....
