A have bought these cups from the dollar tree, thinking I could personalize/customize them as I’m pretty experienced in that niche. Well, I’m not a loss for the first time ever I don’t know what to do. The cop are very grumpy and sharp, and I don’t think the rhinestones would hold. Let alone look at any good any ideas on how I can customize these to a single person?

New to resin and need help with my project

I have a couple wooden boxes I want to customize. They are pine boxes I bought from Dollar Tree. One of the boxes I would like to line the bottom of it with really small pebbles. Here's a few questions regarding resin: 1. Can I use the resin to seal the box? 2. Can I just line the bottom with the pebbles and pour the resin over it or do I need to use a separate form?
