Price mismatch

Sadly, dollar tree is not “dollar” store anymore. I was shocked to see the receipt today. Prices range from $1.25 to $1.75. 😕 I also noticed false advertising. The dice game and CR2032 battery are clearly priced at $1.25 on the packaging. How can they charge more for these? Is this even legal?
