Little diorama for my Joker figure I made

I got the figure at a small collectors store in a mall, Cowabunga Collectables in the Kingston mall, and I wanted to do something with it. It came with just the figure so I felt free to do whatever but I've settled on this small diorama for him. I went for an abandoned funhouse theme that fits The Joker well. The eyes light up using cheap Dollar Tree tea lights.

C case duds or employee pickers?

Been to every Dollar Tree and Dollar General within an hour of me, including multiple stores right after a restock to where all of the pegs are full. They’re full with all the C case junk though. I’ve never seen the Datsun, Camaro, white Porsche 911 turbo cabriolet, or Ferraris. Are the employees picking everything desirable out or am I just incredibly unlucky?
