I grabbed a BUNCH of the Gold Medal Oat Flour on clearance at the Dollar Tree and am wondering what the best recipes are for it? I don't bake much so simple baking recipes. Also how best to STORE it long term? I have them in a bin in the garage RN as it's well below freezing for the next several months. Maybe I'll get to use it up before spring. TIA!
