Sales floor is rough

People trash the Ross store where I work. I'm the only one in sales floor and I'm supposed to do all apparel ,as in kids, women's, jrs and mens . And I see people right in front of me just pull clothes off the hangers and throw it over or just on the floor after I just set it.
