Pre approved Kohls Visa but have store card already

I have had the Kohls store credit card for years and was notified it was changing to Capital One Kohls store card in February. I went on the Capital One pre approval tool and it says I’m pre approved for the Kohls VISA card…is this right? If i accept will I have a store kohls card and a Visa card? Doesn’t make sense why it wouldn’t just be an upgrade from my current store card.
