Ordered a Meta Quest 3 online, got this instead

My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. I'm a college student and had some GameStop store credit so I decided fuck it, I've been wanting this for a while, I'll treat myself. I picked up my package during my lunch and saw this. I guess I'll be calling and emailing customer support later today to see what my options are here. I don't even have a PS5.

I intentionally sent out a damaged card to PSA, still received a 10.

Has this happened to anyone else? My first ever submission of 3 cards, damaged one as I was sending it out in the GameStop store actually taking it out of the top loader I had it in and bending the top corner. Comes back 3 months later graded as a 10. Thoughts?
