So someone ik switched from Metro to T-Mobile they got the Samsung fe25 for "free" which means as long as they keep their service they get a credit and don't have to pay for the phone. What would happen if they stopped paying their bill? No credit check was done cause they didn't ask for social or any other important info

My girlfriend and I live in an apartment and have no idea what this device is and nobody knows our password. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? I blocked access for the time being.
