Changed the PCV valve on my 2016 Forester the other week, at 58k miles. The valve was really gummed up compared to the brand new valve. The OEM part # is 11810AA131. I also bought a new replacement hose because the original had hardened and had to be cut off. I used permatex ultra grey sealant on the new PCV threads, based on multiple recommendations on the internet, and torqued it to 17 ft lbs....
