New to collecting Pokemon. Family Dollar had Knock Out Collection and the hits were solid! Each one had a Surging Sparks and a Twilight Masquerade pack. Are they always those same 2 packs? Also bought some Perfect Order packs there, but had more fun opening Surging Sparks and Twilight Masquerade!
