Card grading advice

So a couple weeks ago i got into collecting Pokemon cards again (haven’t done it since black and white) and i found a set of 151 tins at family dollar and bought them all and pulled these beautiful cards. I just wanted now if i wanted to send them off to get graded what should i look for?

I went to 4 different family dollar stores

and i finally found them! (plus the drac that traded shoes :3)

Morning walk to mail a package turned into soup for breakfast!

Monsteristas Cleo

Found this Cleo at a nearby Family Dollar and ended up buying her. Her default hair was horribly uneven so I cut it shorter and painted some of her accessories since I hated the electric blue necklace and shoes she came with.
