Hi all, just got hired pt in the deli bakery department, can anyone tell me what it's like working there or at food lion in general? Is training paid? How hard is it get a pay bump with experience? (I was told I could get one quickly) is there a different pay when working holidays?

How long do you wait for a good order?

I have been sitting for 1h waiting for a good order (miles and items make sense in relation to pay). There is 1 bad one i could have easily done in this time. I skipped one mid one that would take me about 1.5h. So how long do you guys wait before taking something? I feel like i am wasting my own time and making nothing.
