If I had a prescription with rite aid that I picked up a few months ago and I have a refill available but the rite aid closed down, how do I get the refill?

It says online the prescriptions were transferred to another pharmacy for everyone. I use the tool on their website to see where my prescription went back the tool doesn’t actually work. I try to call rite aid support but it says there are no agents available (I’m assuming because they closed all the rite aids in the country) So am I even able to get my refill or is the refill just gone?
