Not feeling my shoulders during planet fitness’s machine lateral raises

Any Good Alternatives To Deadlift?

Yes! I do go to planet fitness! I'm a rural creature and it's all I have, they have no free barbells as I'm sure you already know. Of course the deadlift is the best lift for general strength, no contest, you don't have to explain to me that the deadlift is the best.
