I started going to the gym (Planet Fitness) at the start of November and have been keeping up with cardio, first starting at 30 minutes and now at 45. I have been trying to find a good gym in the area since I moved here last year and I can honestly say I’m unimpressed by the options. I came from an area that had a ton of high quality gyms and it seems like here I’m limited to the edge or planet fitness with a couple small gyms sprinkled in. Anyone have any advice?
