Where to buy shipping envelopes?

Does anybody have the step up scholarship for students with unique abilities? I bought a printer from Office Depot and am submitting my reimbursement and cannot find the drop-down. I know it’s instructional materials but after that there’s no option. I’m not sure what option to choose from.

Any print shops that can cut large format prints?

I have stacks of 17x25" prints that need to be trimmed to 16x24". I thought Office Depot could do it but they max at 17". Bel Jean also couldn't do it. Any other recs? Thanks!
