My Nord Stage 4 is showing this after turning on. What to do?

I recently purchased this Nord Stage 4 88. Whenever I turn this on, this is what the main display shows. The pitch stick doesn't seem to work well. What to do? P. S. First time Nord user here so don't know much about the layout and all. I put out all my savings on this. So kindly guide me. Thanks.

P.louise base not in stock?

I have been looking for the P.louise base in 0.5 for months now but it is never in stock. Even the Morphe store in my country only has 3 dark shades in stock. Why is this? Do they just not make it anymore? Or am I always late to the restock party?

Morphe vision loss

Hi so I actually lost vision in my left eye a couple days ago. I went to the ER, they found no neurological issues or damage to my eyes. I found out on Facebook that Morphe stores are closing and why. I only use Morphe products and I own or have owned all of the products listed on the lawsuit.
