PSA: Lowe's sent me the wrong product and requires a 3 hour round trip drive for a return - no phone or mail option

I ordered Valspar Potato Skin Solid Exterior Wood Stain and Sealer in One (1 quart) from Lowe's online. What arrived was an untinted product. Not what I ordered. I called customer service to arrange a return or refund. The associate told me the only way to return it is to drive to a physical Lowe's store. My closest store is a three hour round trip away. They said no to a return by phone or mail....
