Why is my quality rate not updating?

As you can see from the second slide, I have done a lot of orders since the mistake I made in January, but my quality rate isn't updating. This reallt sucks because my on time rate is improving so I might be able to be silver here soon, but can't because of my quality rating. Is there anything I can do?
