I just got some affirmation cards today from Five Below along with a tiny pouch to put them in. And I also may add a grounding scent to slip in the lunch as well. I was gonna get an anxiety bag but I have to wait till next weekend since I didn’t go to hot topic today. But are communication or affirmation cards something you use?

Am I overreacting to being filmed in public?

I was shopping at five below when I saw a man with a hole the size of a football in the rear of his jeans which revealed pink undies. He had a camera holstered to his upper rear. I am very disturbed and I am wondering if anyone has any guesses on what this freak does with this footage or who he is? I told the manager and apparently he does this often.
