I'm pre-ordering a figure on Hobby Genki. It's my first time using them since Amiami is sold out of the figure. The FedEx DDP shipping method lists an included tax of ¥9,218. Is this the cost of the duties or an additional tax? The figure is only ¥17600, so that's way more than the 15% duty rate for the US.
