Why the hell can’t I buy a reusable cup at Chick-fil-a and then bring it back to reuse it?

All my store has is styrofoam cups and I HATE styrofoam. I’m happy to pay you $4 for a cup you sell as long as I can bring it back for you to use and I don’t have to get a styrofoam cup. At least give me an option to have a reusable cup I can use in store. Chick-fil-A is cheating at DoorDash Analytics

They are marking orders as ready for pick-up (Dashers get texts confirming so), when in fact they aren't even close to ready. I had already been waiting 6 min after arrival, then got the text that the order was ready, then waited another 8 min. Surely DD uses this data. These restaurants should be held accountable.
