1983 Portable Showdown: Sony Walkman WM-20 vs AIWA CassetteBoy
It's 1983. You walk into a Japanese electronics store with cash for one portable cassette player. In the left corner - Sony's Walkman WM-20, cassette-case thin, engineering perfection. In the right - AIWA's CassetteBoy HS-P5, the world's smallest active-size player, comes in 10 colors.
Both cost about the same. Both sound great. But you can only pick one.
Vote: Sony or AIWA?

Thinking about to buy my first electric scooter to use for transport, to work mostly.
I have 4.6 km one way and 9.2 km in total both ways.
The road to work is bike lane and some small hills, it's often windy to work but not from work. My weight is about 75 kg and 180 cm in height.
I really don't want to spend more then 500 euros.

Is there anywhere in Armenia where you can buy electronics at reasonable prices, without them being marked up 2–5 times? Where can I get an LG OLED TV at a fair price? They’re hard to find, and when they are available, the prices are usually too high.

When will I visit another electronics store? When will best girl jumpscare the customers again? Only time will tell (unless the roaring happens first). (Please excuse my sh\*tty drawing skills)

I have never experienced VR before (well, besides that one time in the 90s at an electronics store. I was a little kid and I played with a Nintendo Virtual Boy demo unit for a few minutes).
I never thought a PlayStation VR 2 was in the cards for me, but I made the mistake of buying Aces of Thunder and it started me down this VR rabbit-hole.
I just bought a PSVR2 Horizon bundle. It is literally ...

Inexpensive pocket radios & earpieces are available at electronics stores in the big cities, or Amazon Japan can deliver just in time. (What I really want to do is stream Sky Sports but not counting on the venue bandwidth to be viable!)

Where to buy electronic components and how to find good projects
I'm a 2nd year ECE student just starting out with hands-on electronics and would really appreciate some guidance on how to begin building simple projects. I haven't had much practical exposure yet, so I'm unsure where to start.
I've tried watching YouTube tutorials, but they feel a bit overwhelming. I'd love some clarity on beginner projects and how to approach learning practically.

Hey there, fellow gamers. I recall an experience from some time ago when I encountered a Logitech wheel setup at a Japanese electronics store. The setup had a game for testing purposes. What I remember most is that it was a freeroaming experience, without any race tracks or elements typically associated with racing games. I don't recall seeing any drivable trucks. The map was mostly green and had ...
For some time every time I went to an Electronics Store I always joked with the guy of the Apple section to sell me the Apple Studio Display they had as a demo unit at the store with a huge discount.
