With four Walmarts within 20 miles only two had the new Action Figure displays. They were recently added (maybe within 3 weeks, I checked) to only two stores. One had Rhino the other had 4 Kravens and 4 J Johan Jamesons, no Sandman. Their site says it can deliver from the store for $25 + 5 for shipping. I just hope that I don't get "crystal balled", and it gets canceled.
