So I've been trying to figure out why every single calm gummy brand seems to have a completley different formula and I'm so confused. Like some have ashwagandha, some have L-theanine, some have magnesium, and some just throw all three in together. I've been going to target and whole foods trying to compare labels in the store like a weirdo but there's so many options I can't keep track of them all...

When I activate fortress, I can't see any damage procs for the shield's ability of unleashing the stored damage to enemies within the area.
