Reliability of Large item delivery scheduling

Hey all, I am looking at getting one of the table sets on the Sam's Club website, and I see that you have to schedule a delivery. I was wondering as to how reliable that date usually is? I currently work Monday through Fridays so I will have to take a day off, and I am nervous about taking a day off on the day of scheduled delivery and the shipping company not showing up that day.

Does anyone know if the Enfamil 2 pack at Costco and Sam's Club still go on sale and how often? Also, why is Sam's Club generic formula so much more than Kirkland for basically the same?
