Brown Flecks in Sam's Club Formula

I just opened my first Members Mark Infant Premium formula and noticed in every bottle I make, there are 3-4 brown floaters. I am aware that they could be (and most likely are) "caramelized" milk particles from the drying process. BUT, is it normal to see them in every single bottle I make?
