Loyalty program survey

Does anyone else get the survey that asks, "Which of the following US store loyalty programs are you a member/card holder of?" and has Walmart, Lowe's, Target, Home Depot, and Sam's Club as the options? I get this survey MULTIPLE times EVERY DAY. And each time I'm not a fit for the program. Why won't they remove me from being a candidate when I've already answered it dozens of times?
