A guy followed us around Sam's club, and it seemed like he was pretending to shop there and did not have a cart. After we noticed him and were paying attention to what he was doing, he left abruptly. Best tri tip prices in town?

In search of a large volume of tri tip for an upcoming party and trying to find the best prices (trimmed or untrimmed, but I want to season it myself.) So far Costco has been the most expensive, Sam's Club in the middle, and Winco has been the best. Trying to figure out if anywhere can beat Winco. Willing to drive pretty much anywhere within a decent radius to get a good deal.
