Got this little guy from the pet shops and it seems like he is in a really bad state. Is this fin rot or something else? Any tips? Tank is cycled, correct temperature and parameters, I made sure of this before getting him. I also got him Betta Bio-Gold Color enhancing pallets, Daphnia and frozen bloodworms.
