who is this guy?

cant seem to find this mold anywhere online. i think it's a fake, because the plastic is different than any other pet shop i've had, it's hard and shiny. it's tail it molded onto its back, not a separate part like any other ones i can find. also it doesn't have a peg hole or a magnet. just trying to get to the bottom of this, it's quite odd.
