Identification help needed

Got four shrimps from a pet shop that was keeping all the shrimps they have in a tank. They sold them to me as bloody mary, but one of them has a patchy shell (first two photos). They were selling also Red Sakura. What kind of neocaridina they actually are? Is the first shrimp a male?
