Got this guy today, only noticed it earlier. Pet shop is closed but Ill ask them tomorrow about his most recent shed, although I'm pretty sure he hasn't shed for them, he's only been there for about two weeks, and I'm there nearly every day. Seems unreasonable for a breeder to send it off with that. But again, I could just be paranoid... or putting too much faith in breeders. No foul smell if that...

Pet shop enclosure for D. Pentaloris

So, I just rescued this lil fella from a pet store today. The enclosure was absolutely drenched. I've aired it out a bit and wiped off the sides that were completely filmed with water. Not even a mist. The substrate is still way too wet, but it looks and acts healthy. My question is, do I leave it in this enclosure until a proper enclosure comes, or rehouse it in this catch cup? I purchased an Anubias plant on driftwood to add to my tank from our local pet shop. What precautions should I take prior to putting it in our tank in case there are hidden snails/hitch hikers on it? The pet store staff said to spray with hydrogen peroxide. Any other suggestions?

Had no plans on getting another corn snake but when the pet shop told me €95 how could I say no? Am I right in saying that he's OK for a 5% UVB? Quick Google search says yes. But trusting Google is a dangerous game.
