Need a hospital cage off the shelf for immediate use, best way to disinfect?

Hi so one of my girls may need surgery I'm just waiting to hear back but if they confirm I'll need to nip to the pet shop to grab a hospital cage off the shelf. This was about the time I got into basic synth gear. Right around the time my dad loaned me money for an ADAT. And that was a great show. Behavior tour. Also, Axl Rose was second row center. I received this toy as a Christmas present around 1972 or 1973. I found it again while cleaning out the attic. But I can't find out anything about it. There are quite a number of cardstock inserts, not all shown. It had a steeple/bell tower if I remember right. And there was a car I believe.
