I called around pet shops and asked how to make emergency baby bird formula. So I did that and I've been feeding him and keeping him in a warm, safe place with substrate to keep him feeling naturally nested. Currently, he's on cocoa fiber with heat tape keeping him warm. The heat tape is moderated by a thermostat.
