Last December I bought a modest ($600) 14k gold bracelet there for my wife's Christmas present. The thing broke about three weeks later. We spent some of the winter in Florida and I just got around to taking it back to them. They refuse to stand by their product....

Attended a hiring event at a Macy's store yesterday, and after the interview, I was told I would be hearing back very shortly. Even though it has only been a day, and I'm fine with waiting a bit fora response, I still want to know how long the response email typically takes to arrive, so that if anything is abnormal, I can contact the store early than wait until later.
