Kroger Express pickup orders

Has anybody here successfully picked up one of these orders? These are PICK-UP ONLY no shopping but the store couldn't find the order. I got a violation yesterday for marking the kroger as closed because I got the order at 11:15 pm and they closed at 11pm. So I’m pretty new to Kroger—this is only my third week. I honestly enjoy my job and I like working at a fast pace.
