Are all Kroger Starbucks locations considered Tier 1? My local store said they are now Tier 1 Starbucks. Is there any way to check or verify which stores belong to which tier?

These Kroger Chewy Dipped bars taste very similar to old Kudos bars

I'm not sure if this is a new product or not, but this particular flavor of the store brand Kroger Chewy Dipped bars tastes very similar to the Kudos bars from the 90s. I found it in the aisle with granola bars.
