So impressed by Franz gluten free sourdough

I don’t normally post about products on here but omg. The taste and texture are amazing!! I’m genuinely shocked. It’s definitely the best store bought gluten free bread I’ve found. I ate my sandwich too fast to take a picture of it but trust it was amazing. I finally found it at Kroger and I live in the Southern Midwest. Definitely worth the try if you can find it!

So I was driving by a few former Walgreens, Kroger, Arby’s, Wendy’s, and an assortment of closed restaurants & stores. I noticed that they all had rental signs on them, mostly from the same company, so here I am asking, can business like an Arby’s or a McDonalds not own the property that they sit on?

I have now lived here for 2 years and overall it's been decent-but why on earth are there no good stores here?
