Feeling Defeated

Is anyone else feeling defeated? I went hunting yesterday for pokemon. I went to 8 stores. Best buy, target, barnes & Noble, menards, kohls, five below, dicks, meijer. I’m a new MM and am also pretty new to five below, and I’m curious what the CEM is responsible for/what their job description is. I feel like my CEM doesn’t really do much other than recover and I feel like most of the responsibility in the store falls on me if not the SM.
