For instance, Sonny Angel vs. Phone Pals, Solar Flare gift set packaging vs. official Sol de Janeiro packaging. How does Five Below get away with the latter?

So, I got the Judy Squishmallow on Amazon, and then my wife got me the Nick squishmallow yesterday from Five Below. Why is nick 2/3rds the size of Judy? Why is he smaller? If anything, shouldn't he be bigger? And this is from base to head, side to side, not counting ears. Is this a mistake? Are there different sizes? Id love to find ***large*** Squishmallows of these two.
