Refurbish 83" C5 $2,200 worth it?

Does anyone have experience with refurbished OLEDs? Is $2,200 a good deal for a refurb? It's through eBay but the seller is actually a local electronics store chain. I would want to get an extended warranty on it but not sure how that would work.
